With 25 years’ experience in Transport and Logistics, Enrica established Global Forwarding in 2006 to provide a fresh innovative approach to clients and a flexible work environment to team members. Enrica personally selects the global agent network who are specialists in moving art, yachts, antiques and general cargo. Alongside her commitment to operational excellence, Enrica is a passionate and vocal advocate for small business and supplier diversity. Enrica’s commitment, as a business owner, is to take an active part in keeping Australia strong. Engaging in conscious procurement decisions that create a strong social and fiscal impact supporting SME’s as much as possible. Enrica holds qualifications in International Trade and is a NAATI level 3 accredited interpreter specialising in crisis and emergency interpreting. Enrica is a dedicated SES Volunteer and a hopeless diehard Hawks fan (AFL).

Candice joined the Global Forwarding team in February 2022 as General Manager – Head of Operations and Customer Service. Candice was brought in to steer the team, implement customer-centric metrics as the industry continues to navigate volatility, supply chain disruptions, high freight rates, geopolitical unrest and a lingering pandemic. Candice’s role is to manage the deployment of resources where required , managing strategic growth in very interesting times and mitigating risk for all stakeholders. Candice has 14 years’ experience across all facets of the industry. She has tertiary qualifications in Transport Warehousing & Logistics and International Freight Forwarding. She brings her valuable experience in all types of cargo from heavily regulated dangerous goods, chemicals to steel, cars, boats and more recently e-commerce. Candice is very family oriented and involved in the local sporting community. Candice is currently Vice President of Deer Park Football Club. Lover of sports; Richmond (AFL), Melbourne Storm (NRL), Liverpool (EFL) and a boxing fan.
 

Penny is Head of China Desk. A Shanghai native with qualifications in International Business. Penny liaises with clients, their suppliers and manufacturers in China to ensure all is perfect at Origin prior to shipping. Penny assists the Ops Team in infrastructure  and building logistics, pharma, industrial and oversized commodities.

Shara has overseen the Customs Brokerage Department at Global Forwarding since 2009 and has ensured the compliance program is constantly up to date with the latest requirements and legislation for all Customs, Bio Security and Quarantine matters. Shara also ensures the brokerage team members are up to date with their professional development hours and statutory requirements.

Ivan is a Licensed Customs Broker who specialises in Shipping and Customs Clearing motor bikes, racing and vintage cars to and from anywhere in the world. The team are fortunate to have Ivan’s expertise in taking care of Vehicle permits and crating while effortlessly resolving queries with the Department of Transport.

Fudge is our resident wellness consultant and Head of security. A Shar Pei who keeps the team calm in high stress moments as well as protecting us with her very loud bark when necessary. Over the last 5 years Fudge has become an integral part of the team and understands her role well. She also enjoys meeting our clients and road trips. For some unknown reason barks at Bruno Mars’ songs and loves her opera and classical music.
