All shipments are important - some are more time sensitive than others.  If you have a delivery window or deadline please let us know at time of booking so we can assess the best mode of transport.

At time of booking please inform us if specific documents are required for Customs Clearance Purposes in your country: Certificates of Origin, Original Bills of Lading, Original Airway Bills, Endorsed Bills or LC's and Phytosanitary Certificates. Please advise us BEFORE shipment leaves Australia.

All Trading is subject to our Terms and Conditions. 

Quotations are valid for 30 days or less depending on global circumstances.  

Rates are subject to change with or without notice. PSS, GRI, BAF, CABAF are all subject to change with or without notice.  

Global Forwarding can provide marine, transit and cargo insurance on a shipment by basis or annual cover. In the event of loss or damage and no marine cover on your shipments, Carriers and Global Forwarding Pty Ltd, Airlines, Shipping Lines and all Sub-Contractors will not be held liable for your loss. We strongly recommend insurance. In absence of insurance Global Forwarding Pty Ltd is not required to manage claims on your behalf other than to provide copies of shipping documents.  Freight Forwarding is conducted under all care and no responsibility as per the Contract Of Carriage.
